2023 - 10th Kindred Spirit Series Entry Form Template

For bulk registration, download the entry form template (xls format) and submit online before the closing date, Sunday 15 October 2023, 2359hrs. You will receive an acknowledgement upon submission of the registration (to check you spam folder). Please email us at czkindredreg@gmail.com if you did not receive any confirmation of your entries. Incomplete registration will not be accepted if we did not receive any payment and screenshot of the payment advice.
