The above championship is scheduled to be held on 20TH AUG 2016 (SAT) at BISHAN ACTIVESG STADIUM, SINGAPORE from 12pm to 6pm.<\/p>\n
We are pleased to extend our invitation to affiliates of Singapore Athletics (SA), local and international Sport Associations, Organizations, Clubs, Institution and Schools to participate as they will be able to use this opportunity to gauge the current performance levels of their athlete\u2019s preparation for the 2017 season and the upcoming 2017 Sea Games. For further details, kindly refer to the attached forms below.<\/p>\n
The meet is sanctioned by\u00a0<\/span>Singapore Athletics<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and electronic timing will be used.<\/p>\n
The closing date is 5TH AUG 2016, 2359HRS<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Please collect your number bib at least 1 hour before the start of your event. Collection of bib will start from 10am. Do make sure that all athletes collect and wear their number bibs before reporting at the call room. Kindly refer to the attached stadium layout for the location of the number bib collection venue and the call room.<\/p>\n
Arena:<\/strong> Only officials on duty, coaches with an access pass and competitors who are actually competing shall be allowed on the track and field of play.<\/p>\n
Track events:<\/strong> Competitors shall report to the\u00a0Call Room Judges 30 minutes<\/u>\u00a0before the Start of each event;\u00a0Spike shoes are not allowed for the 600m run<\/p>\n
Field events: Competitors shall report to the\u00a0Call Room Judges 45 minutes<\/u>\u00a0before the Start of each event;<\/p>\n
If a competitor is entered in both a track event and a field event, or in more than one field event taking place simultaneously, please inform the judges at the call room as well as the field judges. The field judge may allow the competitor to take his trials in an order different from that decided upon prior to the start of the competition. The competitor cannot demand to take all his trials of the rounds in which he has failed to appear.<\/p>\n

- Event with less than 4entries received at closing date will be cancelled.<\/li>\n \t
- Please collect the number tags from the Club Zoom Call room at the competition venue at least 1hour before the event;<\/li>\n \t
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances like the rain or lightning alert for more than 3 hours, the organiser will cancel the event and no refund will be return.<\/li>\n \t
- Athletes are responsible for their own well-being and organisers are not liable to any damages if participants are found to be unwell that day. The organiser will refuse to allow any participants who are deem unwell at the call room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
\n\nTRACK EVENTS<\/strong>\n- \n \t
- All competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 20 minutes before the Start of each event;<\/li>\n \t
- The competitor will not be allowed to compete if he\/ she reports to the Starter directly without first reporting to the Call Room Judges;<\/li>\n \t
- Top 8 electronic time in the 100m heats will qualify to the finals. In the event when electronic equipment fails, hand time will be use to 0.1 decimals place.<\/li>\n \t
- Top 3 in each category will be awarded with a medal and certificate of participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFIELD EVENTS<\/strong>\n
- \n \t
- Long Jumps and Throws competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 45 minutes before the Start of each event;<\/li>\n \t
- High Jump competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 60 minutes before the Start of each event;<\/li>\n \t
