Track Events<\/strong><\/p>\n

- All track events are timed finals.<\/li>\n
- Starting blocks usage is optional for U9, U11, U13.<\/li>\n
- 100m, 200m & 400m: A crouch start and the use of starting blocks is compulsory for U15, U18 and Open Category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Field Events<\/strong><\/p>\n

- For all field events (except the high jump and the Long Jump Open Category), competitors will be given three (3) attempts and all will be measured. The order of attempt is by start list unless otherwise decided by the Referee.<\/li>\n
- For the Long Jump Open category, competitors will be given three (3) attempts and the best 8 will be given three (3) additional attempts.<\/li>\n
- Starting height and height progression will be re-confirmed during the Technical Meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
