For bulk registration (submission of more than 10 entries), download the entry form template (xls format) and submit online before the closing date, Sunday 16 October 2022, 2359hrs. You will receive an acknowledgement upon submission of the registration (to check you spam folder). Please email us at czkindredreg@gmail.com if you did not receive any confirmation of your entries. Incomplete registration will not be accepted if we did not receive any payment and screenshot of the payment advice.
