The above championship is scheduled to be held on 20TH AUG 2016 (SAT) at BISHAN STADIUM, SINGAPORE from 12pm to 6pm.

We are pleased to extend our invitation to affiliates of SAA, MAF, Sport Associations, Organizations, Clubs and Schools to participate as they will be able to gauge current performance of athlete’s preparation for the 2017 Sea games.

The meet is sanctioned by Singapore Athletics.


Event Details

Date: 20th Saturday August, 2016
Time: 12pm to 5pm
Venue: Bishan Stadium (Singapore)
Age eligibility: Minimum age – 8 (i.e. those born in 2008 & earlier)
Closing Registration Date: 5th August 2016

Entry Fees: S$10.00 per event, $20 per relay team
Late Entry Fees: S$20.00 per event (subject to available slot)

Categories:

  • Under 11: 8 years to 10 years old as of 31 December 2016 (born in 2008, 2007, 2006)
  • Under 13: 11 years to 12 years old as of 31 December 2016 (born in 2005, 2004)
  • Open: 13 years old and above unless otherwise stated as of 31 December 2016 (born in 2003 & earlier)
  • Master: 35 years old and above as of 31 December 2016

Remarks:

  • Only Cash is accepted. Payment can be done on the event day itself upon collection of Bib number.
  • School payment will be done by our allocated vendor “FAST Track Force” by Director Saranvanan Tabethu via E-Invoice
  • School and Institution can make payment via E-Invoice, kindly provide charge code, department to bill and person in charge above
  • There will be no refund of entry fees for any withdrawal/ no-show after the closing date
  • Closing date: Friday, 5TH AUG 2016, slots will be filled up on a first come first served basis
  • Entries must reach us BEFORE the stipulated closing date
  • All late entries will be not be entertained. Late entries participant will need to report to the event day itself to register 2 hours before event start time (subject to available slots).
  • Strictly NO changing of category once the start list is published.
  • Submission of entries can be done via email by completing the “Entry Form Template” excel file

NOTES

  • Event with less than 4entries received at closing date will be cancelled.
  • Please collect the number tags from the Club Zoom Call room at the competition venue at least 1hour before the event;
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances like the rain or lightning alert for more than 3 hours, the organiser will cancel the event and no refund will be return.
  • Athletes are responsible for their own well-being and organisers are not liable to any damages if participants are found to be unwell that day. The organiser will refuse to allow any participants who are deem unwell at the call room.

TRACK EVENTS

  • All competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 20 minutes before the Start of each event;
  • The competitor will not be allowed to compete if he/ she reports to the Starter directly without first reporting to the Call Room Judges;
  • Top 8 electronic time in the 100m heats will qualify to the finals. In the event when electronic equipment fails, hand time will be use to 0.1 decimals place.
  • Top 3 in each category will be awarded with a medal and certificate of participation.

FIELD EVENTS

  • Long Jumps and Throws competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 45 minutes before the Start of each event;
  • High Jump competitors shall report to the Call Room Judges 60 minutes before the Start of each event;
  • Top 3 in each category will be awarded with a medal and certificate of participation.
